Ceremony Information and Pricing


The W.K. Kellogg Manor House and beautiful gardens will provide a romantic and memorable background for your special day. We offer four unique locations for your ceremony.

Pagoda Garden: Starting at the Reflection Pool Garden near the Manor House, an Ohio
sponge-stone and brick staircase carves the way down the steep hillside to the lush Pagoda Garden. This lakeside garden provides natural beauty with perennial flowers and seating up to 150 guests.Pagoda Garden

Reflection Pool Garden: This knot-style garden is adjacent to the Manor House and offers outdoor seating for up to 80 guests.

The Manor House: The Manor House living room allows for an intimate indoor wedding ceremony with seating for up to 80 guests.

Lakeside Lawn:

Grounds wedding

An exclusive area located amongst beautiful landscaping with views of Gull Lake provides seating for up to 250 guests.

Ceremony rental**

  • Friday $1,000.00 (All ceremonies must be scheduled after 5:30 p.m.)
  • Saturday $1,500.00
  • Sunday $800.00

Your ceremony package includes:

  • Mr. and Mrs. Kellogg's bedrooms for dressing, white wooden padded chairs for your guests and musicians.
  • Battery operated podium microphone system with two wireless lapels for rent upon request.
  • Manor House becomes the rain back up for venues already renting the Manor for their reception.
  • All areas except the lawn are equipped with electricity.
  • A rehearsal up to three days before your event.

**Special restrictions apply to renting ceremony space only
