Trends in Ecology and Evolution has published it's top 15 global conservation concerns for 2012 in its January 2012 issue.  One of the top 15 issues listed is food safety research conducted by KBS faculty member Dr. Diana Stuart.  For her PhD dissertation, Dr. Stuart researched farming practices that could increase food safety.
